Excelon Projects was established in 2011 to create well-considered and inspiring spaces.
Excelon partners with leading architects and other design professionals who want to push the boundaries of design excellence and innovation, to create homes with specific residents’ lifestyles in mind. Every project is different, conceived and designed for its site and context, but the common thread between them is the refusal to simply build generic “one size fits all” dwellings.
By working with a network of collaborators - designers, consultants and builders - Excelon retains control of every aspect of project delivery, ensuring that its residences and spaces reflect the company’s exacting standards for quality and design.
Excelon HQ - 25 King Street, Melbourne
Built in the 1880s originally as the offices of the Melbourne Steamship Company. Today, following an extensive refurbishment to the design of Kennedy Nolan Architects, it serves as the HQ of Excelon Projects and is also the home of 25 King Collective, a co-working space operated by Excelon for other like-minded businesses.
